  • How do I use the Trimmer?

    Just turn it on and glide it over the area you want to trim!

    You can use your Trimmer or Trimmer Plus with the guide comb to achieve your desired hair length - or without it for a closer trim. Always ensure you angle the blade and trimmer head flat and parallel to the skin. This will allow a smooth and comfortable glide across the area while avoiding nicks and tugs.

    Please do not position the blade tip directly perpendicular to your skin (i.e., stabbing position).

  • How do I submit a warranty claim?

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription in four easy steps through your Meridian Grooming Account:
    1. Log in to your account using the email address associated with your order.
    2. Once signed in, please select Subscriptions.
    3. Click/tap View Subscription Details to find the cancellation button at the bottom of the page.
    4. Click/tap the cancellation button to proceed with your request.

Once a subscription is successfully cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folders if you do not see your cancellation confirmation email in your inbox.
    Please note that we are unable to change or stop the shipment of an order once it has been created.
