If you received an order confirmation email or were charged for a Meridian order but do not recall placing it from your end, you may be enrolled in a subscription with us!
Please note that we offer the following purchase options:
- subscribe & save purchase
- grooming rescue program purchase
- one-time purchase
If a customer chooses the "subscribe & save" or the "grooming rescue program" option, it provides their preferred grooming products at a special subscription price and will automatically renew every two months (by default). Customers can cancel their subscriptions anytime.
💡 Need to manage or cancel your Meridian subscription?
To manage and cancel any active subscription with us, please head to our chat widget at the bottom of our FAQ & Support page. Select Manage Account & Subscription, then choose Cancel my subscription. You will be asked to provide some information so our system can securely locate your account, so please be sure to provide the email address where you received an order confirmation from Meridian.
