For US customers: Once your return is delivered, you will automatically receive either a refund or store credit, depending on the option you selected. Please allow 5-10 business days from the delivery date for the refund to appear in your original payment method or for store credit to be added to your Meridian account. If it has been 10 business days since your return was delivered and you have not received your refund or store credit, please contact us for assistance.
For non-US customers: After we receive proof of return (the shipping receipt or the new tracking number for the returned item), we will process the refund immediately. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method, depending on your bank.
